Payment & Charges
CROSSOVER WEB STORE accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Crossover eGift Card. CROSSOVER has the right to amend prices found in this website at any time available. International deliveries of goods from CROSSOVER may subject you to any import duties and/or taxes. CROSSOVER holds no responsibility for any charges that incurred from the custom/duties. Placing & Order
Orders made on Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped within the same day ordered. Orders made after 12:00 PM GMT and during Holidays are shipped the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding a Monday that falls on Holiday). CROSSOVER follows the holidays subjected in Malaysian calendar.
Goods sold are not refundable. There will be no exchange and/ or refund for all promotional, sale, discounted including coupon used and limited launch item after the purchase is made. When your purchase is completed, you will get an automatic order confirmation to the email address that you’ve registered with our website earlier. If there is no confirmation after a few minutes, please check in your spam/junk folder. You should also be able to see your order under "my site" when you are logged in. You could also check your order status there and it will be updated regularly when we have shipped your order, and that is also where your order will be searchable. Note that the confirmation email is automated generated, should there be something missing in your order we will contact you in a separate email.
Crossover eGift Cards can be used for purchase product at crossoverconceptstore.com only. A eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. If the Products purchased online total less than the value of your gift card, any balance will be left as credit for you on your eGift Card. Not valid for purchase of eGift Card.
You should treat your gift card as cash – we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards or refund the balance of a gift card used without your permission. If you have any issues with using your eGift Card, please contact our support at email@example.com.

21 days are allocated for you to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. All customers with orders that come back to us unclaimed will be billed 20.00 MYR for postage and administrative fees.
FedEx will attempt to deliver your order two times. Please keep track of your package by clicking on your tracking number under "Order Tracking" page or email. If it says that FedEx has tried to deliver to you without success please contact your local FedEx office to help them to set up the delivery. For non-received packets so we charge a fee of 40 USD.
Lost or Damaged Goods
