Return Policy

Goods sold are not refundable. However, we offers our customers the option to refund in store credit. 

Items on sale promotion, coupon used, discounted merchandise, international orders and limited launches item are consider Final Sale Items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any return of goods can only be made within 14 days from the purchase date and will be return in store credit only. Shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Return will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Do provide us the receipt of your purchase for our reference. Please note that all the extra charges incurred in an return (ex. shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.

All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and with a copy of the receipt. In regards of shoes/sneakers return, it must include the original shoe box in good condition or else it will be rejected upon receiving. CROSSOVER will not accept any returned merchandise without an valid Return Authorization. Customers are recommended to use delivery service with a tracking system. CROSSOVER reserves the right to charge a processing fee for return violation of these Terms and Conditions, including items returned damaged or missing original tag or packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchange of magazine, books, fragrance, socks or undergarments. The store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar CROSSOVER locations.
