"Patta For Life" Documentary Film - Online RSVP - Terms & Conditions

 

1. "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film — Online RSVP

• I. The "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film — Online RSVP is organized by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).
• II. Participants must RSVP and register their interest for a chance to be selected to the screening of “PATTA FOR LIFE”.
• III. RSVP is open online via www.crossoverconceptstore.com on Monday, 25 September 2023 at 12pm and ends Thursday, 5 October 2023 at 12pm. 
• IV. If selected, participants will receive a confirmation email and one (1) ticket to purchase the Limited Edition Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee.
• V. Access is granted only to participants with a valid confirmation email.

2. RSVP

When you RSVP, you agree and abide to be bound by all the terms & conditions stipulated in this agreement.


3. SUBMISSION OF DETAILS

• I. Each participant with a valid SneakerLAH TICKET ID is eligible to RSVP for the event. Double entries will be disqualified immediately. You must provide a valid SNEAKERLAH TICKET ID when you RSVP. The event is only open to SNEAKERLAH TICKET ID holders who are at the age of majority under applicable laws or older at the time of entry or must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority under applicable laws at the time of entry.
• II. Each participant must ensure that all the information provided in the RSVP submission form is accurate. The participant is responsible for inaccurate and/or incorrect information entered at the point of submission.
• III. Participants who are successfully selected will be sent a confirmation email and one (1) ticket to purchase the Limited Edition Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee.
• IV. Any inaccuracy or proposed changes by the participant in the RSVP submission form after submission has been completed shall be considered as voluntary withdrawal or disqualification by the Organizer.

4. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

• I. Participants who are selected to the screening of “PATTA FOR LIFE” will receive a confirmation email by Thursday, 5 October 2023, latest by 7:00pm.
• II. Only participants with the official confirmation email are allowed access.

5. VERIFICATION OF ENTRY

• I. Selected participants must present his or her original NRIC or Passport ID together with the official confirmation email from Crossover for verification before entering the "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary at the event day.
• II. Failure to present either of the stated documents will result in disqualification at the Organizer’s discretion.
• III. All the information provided by the participants must match the information held by the Organizer. If any of the information provided does not match, the Organizer reserves the sole discretion to deny entry. No appeal or request of any form will be entertained and the Organizer's decision shall be final.

 

6. ENTITLEMENT

• I. Selected participants are entitled to join the "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film Screening.
• II. Selected participants will also receive one (1) ticket to purchase the Limited Edition Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee based on the size information provided on the RSVP submission form.
• II. Selected participants must be physically present on Sunday, 8 October 2023 from 3pm - 4:45pm onwards at MITEC at Level 2, Hall 11.
• IV. Failure to comply with all the stated terms will result in the forfeit of the item. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and the selected participants agree and abide to all instructions and decisions of the Organizer and waive all rights and remedies against the Organizer.

7. PATTA SCRIPT KUALA LUMPUR TEE

• I. The Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee is available in 2 variants.   
  a. Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Short Sleeve Tee (Black) - RM269.00
  b. Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Long Sleeve Tee (White) - RM299.00
• II. The Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee is available in 2 sizes.
  a. Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Short Sleeve Tee (Black) - S, M, L, XL & XXL
  b. Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Long Sleeve Tee (White) - S, M, L, XL & XXL
• III. There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee. Any trial thereafter is subject to the Organizer's sole discretion.

 

8. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS

No discounts, rebates or vouchers can be used for the purchase of the Patta Script Kuala Lumpur Tee.

 

9. EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND

There will be no exchange and/or refund after the purchase is made.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

• I. The Organizer reserves the ultimate rights to refuse participants and/or forfeit any selected participants who do not follow the prescribed sales mechanism and/or deny any sale transactions at their sole discretion without reason(s) or further reference to any party. The participant(s) agree that he or she shall not challenge the Organizer's decision, which shall be final.
• II. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with (a) this Online RSVP (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organizer’s control); (c) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (d) any entry claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organizer) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer; (e) if in any event the Online RSVP or its related events are cancelled or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever.
• III. Each and every participant and their parent or legal guardian (as the case may be) must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each participant indemnifies and will keep indemnified the Organizer in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by the Organizer as a direct or indirect result of the participant acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• IV. The information collected in the "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film — Online RSVP will be used solely to conduct this Online RSVP and its subsequent event, and may for this purpose, be used to contact selected participants in accordance to our Privacy Policy as stated below.
• V. The Organizer’s decision on all aspects relating to this Online RSVP is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film — Online RSVP and/or terminate this Online RSVP without prior notice or further reference to any party.
• VI. By participating in the "PATTA FOR LIFE" Documentary Film — Online RSVP, you consent to your personal data being processed by Planet Group (M) Sdn.
