New Balance x Teddy Santis Raffle - Terms and Conditions

1. The New Balance x Teddy Santis Launch is organized by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).

2. RAFFLE: New Balance x Teddy Santis
- The New Balance x Teddy Santis Raffle offers 4 models and each participant are only allowed of 1 model and only 1 size for participant's choice of model and the Raffle starts on 4th JULY 2022, Monday at 12:00pm and ends on 7th JULY 2022, Thursday at 12:00pm.

3. ENTRY:
- By submitting an entry or taking part in this Raffle, you thereby agree to abide and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

4. Double entries will be disqualified immediately. The Online Raffle is only open to CROSSOVER MEMBER who is at an age of majority under applicable laws or older at the time of entry or must obtain permission to enter this Raffle from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority under applicable laws at the time of entry.

5. Each participant must ensure that all the information provided in his or her respective Raffle Form is accurate. The participant is responsible for inaccurate and/or incorrect information entered at the point of submission.

6. Each participant is allowed to Raffle and collect the New Balance x Teddy Santis from CROSSOVER at Lot F1-66, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.

7. The Raffle Form once submitted, shall be considered as final and any inaccuracy or proposed changes by the participant in the Raffle Form shall be considered as voluntary withdrawal or disqualification by the Organizer.

8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
- Participants who are successful in the Raffle will each receive a confirmation email by 7th JULY 2021, Thursday latest by 7:00pm. Only the participants with the confirmation email are allowed to come forward to purchase the New Balance x Teddy Santis.

9. VALIDATION:
- Raffle winners must present his or her original NRIC or Passport ID together with the official confirmation email from Crossover for verification before purchasing a pair of New Balance x Teddy Santis at CROSSOVER, Sunway Pyramid. Failure to present either of the stated documents will result in being disqualified, and the Organizer reserves the rights to make a new draw to replace the winner(s) at the Organizer's sole discretion.

10. All the information provided by the raffle winners must match the information held by the Organizer. If any of the information provided does not match, the Organizer reserves the sole discretion to disqualify the winner or proxy (representative), and a new draw will be made to replace the winner. No appeal or request of any form will be entertained and the Organizer's decision shall be
final.

11. SALES & ENTITLEMENT:
- Each raffle winner is entitled to purchase only one (1) pair of New Balance x Teddy Santis based on the shoe size that was pre-selected earlier.

12. Raffle winners intending to purchase the New Balance x Teddy Santis must be physically present on 9th JULY 2022, Saturday by 11:00am at CROSSOVER at Lot F1-66, Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall.

13. Failure to comply with all the stated terms will result in the forfeit of the footwear. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and the participants/raffle winners agree to abide to all instructions and decisions of the Organizer and waive all rights and remedies against the Organizer.

15. SHOE SIZES:
- The New Balance x Teddy Santis is available in the following shoe sizes:
* M990TA1 - US7, US8, US8.5, US9, US9.5, US10, US10.5, US11 & US12
* M990AD1 - US7, US8, US8.5, US9, US9.5, US10 & US11
* M990AD3 - US7, US8, US8.5, US9, US9.5, US10 & US11
* M990TE2 - US7, US8, US8.5, US9, US9.5, US10 & US11

16. SHOE TRIAL:
- There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a pair of New Balance x Teddy Santis" at CROSSOVER Sunway Pyramid. Any shoe trial thereafter is subject to the Organizer's sole discretion.

17. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS:
- No discounts, rebates or vouchers can be used for the purchase of the New Balance x Teddy Santis.

18. EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND:
- There will be no exchange and/or refund after the purchase is made.

19. The Organizer reserves the ultimate rights to refuse participants and/or forfeit any successful participants or raffle winners who do not follow the prescribed sales mechanism and/or deny any sale transactions at their sole discretion without reason(s) or further reference to any party. The participant(s) or raffle winner agrees that he or she shall not challenge the Organizer's decision, which shall be final.

20. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Planet Group (M) Sdn Bhd (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with (a) this Launch; (b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Crossover’ control); (c) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (d) any entry claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Crossover) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Crossover; (e) if in any event the Launch is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Crossover.

21. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the New Balance x Teddy Santis Launch, and/or terminate this Launch without prior notice or further reference to any party.

22. By participating in the New Balance x Teddy Santis Launch, you consent to your personal data being processed by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. for future events and/or promotions. Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. holds all rights to utilize, publish and re-publish in any media on any platforms all photos captured with or without consent prior and/or during the Launch. By participating in this Launch, all customers hereby grants all rights to Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. to all utilize all photos in any way deemed suitable. No warranty is offered or given or implied for any losses or costs of any nature, incurred by the usage of any photos. By participating in this Launch, you expressly consent to (i) the use of your personal data for the purposes relating to the New Balance x Teddy Santis; (ii) processing of your personal information by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. Disclosure of information
