Crossover eGift Card Terms

Crossover Gift Card
The following Crossover eGift Card Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to the purchase and/or use of the Crossover eGift Card. By purchasing or using the Crossover eGift Card, the purchaser and/or the user (either or both collectively, “you”) agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Crossover eGift Card.


  1. Crossover digital gift cards (“eGift Cards”) are governed by these terms and conditions.

  2. A Crossover eGift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.

  3. The minimum amount to activate a Crossover eGift Card is RM50.

  4. You may use a Crossover eGift Card to make purchases online at www.crossoverconceptstore.com only.

  5. Crossover eGift Card is valid for purchase of goods and cannot use to purchase another Crossover eGift Card.

  6. When using a Crossover eGift Card on the Crossover website, you will be required to give the serial number on the eGift Card, as detailed on your eGift Card.

  7. Crossover eGift Cards cannot be redeemed via telephone/mail-order.

  8. When you use a Crossover eGift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Crossover eGift Card. If your purchase totals less than the value of the eGift Card, any balance will be left as credit for you on your Crossover eGift Card to spend in future. However, additional value cannot be added to any Crossover eGift Card and change will not be given.

  9. You may only redeem your Crossover eGift Card in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).

  10. A Crossover eGift Card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchased with a Crossover eGift Card.

  11. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Crossover eGift Card.

  12. A Crossover eGift Card is like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, refunded, cancelled, blocked, restricted in any way or exchange for a new Crossover eGift Card.

  13. Crossover shall not be responsible for any use of the funds on any Crossover eGift Card(s) without your knowledge or consent.

  14. Crossover reserves the right to refuse to accept any Crossover eGift Card which we consider has been tampered with, copied or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.

  15. If you have any issues with using your Crossover eGift Card, please contact Crossover Support here. 

  16. For returns/exchange of products purchased online with a Crossover eGift Card, returned by post or courier, the purchase price will be refunded to an e-voucher.

  17. The re-sale of Crossover eGift Cards is strictly prohibited.

  18. Crossover will cancel the value of a Crossover eGift Card if we fail to receive payment from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected.

  19. Crossover reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

  20. Crossover eGift Cards and these terms and conditions are issued by Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd.
