• By taking part in this Launch, you thereby agree to abide and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

• The Converse x 7 Moncler Fragment Chuck 70 are retailed at RM 509.90 per pair.
• Selected winners can only purchase one (1) pair of Converse x 7 Moncler Fragment Chuck 70 (Black or White).
• Selected winners will be announced and contacted through Instagram DM on 3rd September 2020, latest by 10am.
• Winners must complete the purchase before 3rd September 2020, 11:59PM or else it will result in being disqualified, and the Organizer reserves the rights to make a new draw to replace the winner at the Organizer's sole discretion.
• Payment can be made via online FPX, Debit card or Credit card.
• No exchange, refund or returns will be entertained.
• No discounts or vouchers can be used for the purchase of the Converse x 7 Moncler Fragment Chuck 70.
• There will be no free trial prior to purchasing a pair of Converse x 7 Moncler Fragment Chuck 70 and the customer must purchase the shoes immediately.

• Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with this sale of the Converse x 7 Moncler Fragment Chuck 70 only.
• Each customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified Crossover in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by Crossover as a direct or indirect result of the customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. has the right to forfeit any customer who does not follow the instructions and/or regulations/regulations and/or due to conflicting purchases and stocks insufficiency.
• Planet Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
