WTAPS x Vans Vault FW18
This fall, Vault by Vans reunites with premium Japanese menswear label, WTAPS, to present a 13-piece premium footwear, apparel and accessories collection, honoring master Japanese craftsmanship with Vans’ iconic design aesthetic.
The latest Vans WTAPS collection is the perfect balance between traditional and new-age style, combining four of Vans most iconic footwear silhouettes with brand new graphic designs. WTAPS ingenuity is embodied through the OG Sk8-Hi LX, one of Vans’ most popular styles, embellished with bold orange and blue flame accents along the quarter panels, and finished with all black laces. Vans x WTAPS also reimagines the OG Half Cab LX in a gray digital camouflage print, the OG Old Skool in two colorways, blue and green, as well as the Classic Era LX silhouette in a crocodile-textured quarter panel and a solid black and navy toecap.
The Fall 2018 Vans WTAPS collaboration introduces five unique apparel pieces, as well as an olive green skate duffle bag. The apparel set includes a digital camouflage long sleeve T-shirt with the phrase “waffle lovers club” in vintage type on the back, a navy Fleece Hoodie, a black long sleeve T-shirt with flame details on the sleeve in two colorways, and an army green Torrey jacket with flannel lining and patch details.
