VANS x SBTG Launch Party by CROSSOVER

SBTG, founded by Singaporean artist Mark Ong (aka Mr Sabotage) in 2003, blends punk rock, skateboarding, Americana, and military motifs to create a unique style.

This year, Vans Asian Artist Collection, features three exceptional artists who have made a profound impact on their respective art scenes and highlights the skateboarding-inspired street culture in Asia. Through their footwear and apparel capsules, Mark SBTG interpret the street culture with their unique perspective, creativity, and understanding to the Skateboarding culture.

The inspiration for this collection stems from Mark's passion for punk rock culture and bone motifs. Mark is a phenomenal artist in the region for customizing his own Vans silhouettes with his signature style, and this is the first official collaboration between Vans and him to bring his design to a wider audience. The La Costa and Vans Style 36 are featured in this collection, alongside the apparel set.

The event highlighted Mark's passion for punk rock culture and bone motifs, elements that have defined his work. Attendees enjoyed a meet and greet with Mark, a custom workshop, and a live performance by Noh, along with free drinks and food.
