Any exchange of goods can only be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee. We will exchange items that has returned to us within 7 days from received date and subjected to availability of the stocks.
All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and with a copy of the receipt. In regards of shoes/sneakers return, it must include the original shoe box in good condition or else it will be rejected upon receiving. CROSSOVER will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization. Customers are recommended to use delivery service with a tracking system.
We do not accept returns or exchange of magazine, books, fragrance, socks or undergarments.
