Founders Nicholas (Nick) and Willamina (Willa) Martire are life partners and running partners. No matter how busy life gets, they run together—venting, resetting, and dreaming along the way. The shoes on the market were decent. But never enough. So they set out to build a trail shoe with no compromise, for real runners.
Born in Montréal. Made for more than running.
It started on a run. And it kept coming back, until it became the mission.

During the pandemic, they finally had the time to turn that dream into action. With years of experience and global footwear networks, they formed a core team with designer Louis Martin Tremblay and brand developer Gerard Cleal. From material specialists to elite athletes and craftspeople, they connected with the best to build what others called impossible.
This wasn’t just a startup, it was a long-distance obsession. And everyone shared the same belief: No over-design. No gimmicks. Just doing it right, without the unnecessary.

Every material was chosen for a reason. The sole was custom-built with Vibram®, inspired by Montréal’s terrain, and made with top-tier MegaGrip® for grip on snow, mud, and scree. The upper features bio-based Dyneema® from the Netherlands — lighter than water, stronger than steel, waterproof and tear-resistant. It took two years of innovation to adapt the fiber for high-performance running.
Every detail serves a purpose. Every element is built to last.
norda™ 对材料的选用毫不妥协。为打造能够应付各种严峻场合的鞋，鞋底与 Vibram® 合作，客制开发出灵感来自蒙特娄地形的专属外底，采用最高等级的 MegaGrip® 配方，应对雪地、湿泥与岩层碎石都游刃有余。鞋面则使用来自荷兰的 Bio-based Dyneema® 超强纤维，轻盈、防水、抗撕裂，强度甚至高于钢铁，却能浮于水面。为了让这个材质能真正应用在跑鞋上，norda™ 团队花了两年研发专属编织技术。

The 001 is built for ultra-distance—max cushioning and stability for the long haul. The 002 is tuned for technical trails—tight fit, quick response, built to move fast and sharp. The 003 blends performance with everyday wear—a hybrid built for both streets and switchbacks.
When you’ve built the best, there’s no reason to water it down. The goal is to refine, not to overextend.
